NeuralEye needed to compare new brand references with long-form video, keep proposed matches open to inspection, and manage compute cost.

ENGINEERING DECISIONS / OPEN A NOTE
Use a proposal, matching, and verification flow so the system can adapt to new brand assets without retraining the whole stack.
Adds coordination, confidence calibration, and evaluation work across more moving parts.
SigLIP embeddings are matched against a tenant-scoped Qdrant vector index. Normalizing raw logo references helps keep comparisons consistent across different client assets and video conditions.
Reference quality becomes a product responsibility, not just a model concern.
Distributed GPU tasks run through Celery; complex workflows are coordinated through Temporal.
Two execution paths make it important to follow task state through the right worker or workflow.

I moved from SDE-1 to SDE-2, carrying features from requirements and technical design through release and production support. Earlier fintech work included an account-aggregator dashboard.
